FORECAST: More rain possible this week

October 2018 is now the 3rd wettest October on record and we could see even more rain later this week.Valley highs top out near 80 degrees this afternoon, but we’ll still be around 10 to 15 degrees below normal across the state.Look for highs in the low 80s for the rest of the week and through the weekend. Moisture will increase across our state Thursday and Friday as the remnants of Hurricane Sergio push into northern Mexico. The latest track of that storm look to keep the majority of the moisture and the rain in far southeast Arizona and northern Mexico, but there’s still a chance of some showers here in the Valley, too.Look for a slight chance of spotty showers starting Thursday morning and continuing into the weekend as our next Pacific storm system starts to approach as well. That Pacific storm system will be a slow mover, keeping a slight chance of showers in our forecast all the way through early next week.  _______________________________________ Share your weather photos and videos with us anytime.
